The Lagos Wooden Tower proposal designed by Hermann Kamte and Associates wins again with the American Architecture Prize 2017. The Cameroonian architecture studio entered for the award program earlier this year in the Green Architecture category and won along side leading Architecture firms like Aedas in the same category, Studio Gang, Jacques Ferrier Architecture, Manuelle Gautrand Architecture, Hiroshi Nakamura, and Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture in other categories. The Wooden Tower is presently shortlisted as one of the finalist in the ongoing World Architecture Festival award program.

The American Architecture Prize is an Award Program that is set to “become one of the most respected awards in the industry and aims to showcase the phenomenal talent and vision displayed by architects all over the world”. The AAP accepts entries in 41 categories and is open to architects, interior and landscape designers based anywhere in the world.
