AK Enterprises proudly presents this luxurious home in Kolkata, India. As you step into the entrance, you’re greeted by a robust solid wood door adorned with meticulously handcrafted distressed art finishes, showcasing the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans. Adjacent to it, a tropical-themed sandstone feature wall creates an inviting ambiance.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by meticulously crafted marble inlay flooring, thoughtfully designed to highlight artworks. The entry foyer wall is adorned with textured Oikos paint, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Transitioning from the entrance to the main living area is seamless with fabric glass doors, adding a touch of sophistication. The living and dining spaces exude opulence, with a luxurious powder room adorned in Italian marble and intricate inlay designs, complemented by dramatic chandelier lighting.
In the dining area, a marble-topped table with brass inlay takes center stage, supported by a metal base finished with high gloss PU from Diviana. Accompanying the table are metal-based chairs upholstered in full leather, while a bespoke crockery cabinet defines the living space.
The living area features leather Chester sofas and a custom-designed fabric upholstered sofa, creating a cozy atmosphere. Two lounge seating areas, featuring leather and floral fabric combinations, offer additional comfort. A layered center table crafted with marble, veneer, and a metal base serves as a focal point.
The double-height ceiling is adorned with veneer and brass inlay, complemented by two meticulously designed metal chandeliers. A stunning crystal onyx wall with backlit LED lighting adds a touch of grandeur, while the sliding door below boasts a veneer poly coating, PU paint finish, and brass inlay.
Maintaining the existing marble floor with brown marble inlay designs, the living area is further enhanced with a hand-tufted carpet beneath the center table, completing the luxurious ambiance.
