Recognizing the influence that colours such as pink can have on the feminine spirit, TMSoraya, in line with the brand’s values, designed a chic, pink-themed beauty store for a business in Lagos. Every blush-toned detail and carefully chosen item in this store not only caters to aesthetic preferences but also encourages a story of confidence and strength for today’s woman.
This one-stop pink-themed beauty store in Lekki, was designed to accommodate all of the personal beauty grooming functions. The main areas comprise a wig styling and display section, a hair styling space with a washing station, a mani-pedi zone, and a designated section for children.
The structure is a single-story edifice adorned with pink and white walls. To introduce contrast and augment the subtle classical style, TMSoraya used dark wood patterned tiles in a herringbone layout for the flooring. To further distinguish each area, they incorporated engaging wallpapers and geometric moulding.
As the main entrance is the first point of contact with customers, TMSoraya designed the entrance to be visually stimulating with shades of pink and captivating wallpaper. To engage customers, a mosaic mirror was installed for customers to check their appearance or capture mirror selfies.
The layout of the pink-themed beauty store is optimized to take full advantage of the large display windows, allowing for maximum natural light and visibility. The wig styling and display section, as well as the hair styling area, are positioned near these windows to facilitate appealing product display and attract the attention of passersby.
A unique and thoughtful feature of this pink-themed beauty store is the inclusion of a children’s area. Equipped with hair styling stations, mani-pedi zones, a hair washing station, and fun booth seats, this space has been designed to cater to the vibrant and imaginative minds of children, ensuring they remain engaged and entertained whilst they’re groomed.
In conclusion, TMSoraya’s design for the chic, pink-themed beauty store in Lagos is thoughtful and inspiring. The store, with its detailed attention to color, layout, and functionality, captures the essence of the brand and offers a unique and engaging environment for customers.
