Koffi Diabaté Architects recently shared a video update of the construction of Abatta Village, a sustainable mixed-use development in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The eco-district features 226 residential units, along with commercial spaces, a clubhouse, and various leisure amenities, fostering a dynamic community. Designed with over 40% green spaces, it emphasizes ecological sustainability while offering modern facilities, including a pedestrian promenade, marina, sports amenities, and a swimming pool. In collaboration with Arabian Construction Company (ACC), the design includes smart city infrastructure, such as optical fiber, to boost connectivity. Supported by Banque Nationale d’Investissement, Abatta Village aims to set a new standard for urban development in Côte d’Ivoire, blending eco-friendly principles with contemporary living.
