CCP Lagos Shares Recently Completed Four-Storey Mixed-Use Tower in Ikoyi, Adeline Heights

Consultants Collaborative Partnership (CCP), a multi-disciplinary firm in Lagos, has completed The Adeline Heights, a four-storey mixed-use tower in Ikoyi, Lagos State. This development reflects a focus on architectural design and sustainable practices.

The Adeline Heights includes a confectionary outlet, Bakendales, three floors of lettable offices, staff accommodation, a raised ground floor for office reception, and a sub-level basement parking floor. The design carefully addresses site constraints while prioritizing functionality and environmental considerations.
