The design of these luxury residences in Seychelles is influenced by the marine and seafront setting, showcasing two distinct architectural styles. The land-side residences have a rectilinear form, while the ocean- and marina-facing homes are more curvilinear. A unified materials palette connects the different styles, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic across the estate.
In addition to the 68 luxury residences in Seychelles, the estate includes a 120-room hotel, a sea-facing pavilion, retail and office spaces, conference facilities, and the first private hospital in the country. This combination of residential, hospitality, and commercial amenities makes it a significant development, offering comprehensive services in one location.
