24 Boulevard Clozel is a prominent office building located in the Plateau district of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, designed by Koffi & Diabaté Architectes.
The building boasts a distinctive double-skin façade composed of ventilated aluminum louvers. This design serves a dual purpose: it naturally shields the interior from direct sunlight, enhancing energy efficiency, while ensuring ample natural light permeates the workspace, creating a bright and comfortable environment.
The exterior walkways encircling the building introduce a rhythmic dynamism to the structure, effectively mitigating its vertical emphasis and adding aesthetic appeal.
Inside, 24 Boulevard Clozel offers flexible workspaces tailored to accommodate diverse organizational needs. This adaptability ensures that the building can cater to various office layouts and functions, promoting a versatile and efficient working environment.
