Daffonchio Architects has unveiled their latest residential development project, featuring four new Oceanview luxury villas in Cape Town, providing scenic views of the ocean.
According to the Architects, these new Oceanview luxury villas in Cape Town boast an orthogonal design that expands in tiered layers, along the side of the mountain slope. Located near the Atlantic Seaboard, their “rectilinear facades feature a palette of rich, dark colors, textures, and materials, enhancing the geometry of the residences and creating a sense of calm”.
Each of the four villas features a minimum of four bedroom suites, with the larger villas accommodating up to seven. They are designed for luxury and comfort, with each level accessible by elevator and featuring a private 4-car garage, library, gym, and huge entertainment area.
The larger villas accommodate a spacious master bedroom that occupies the entire top level, complete with a private patio. The open-plan living and dining areas connect to the covered patio, featuring a lounging area, rim flow pool, and fire pit.
The villas are designed for flexibility, making it easy to accommodate guests while emphasizing the residence’s connection to the ocean and sky.
