Elphick Proome Architects recently shared Eneo, a remarkable commercial development in Tatu City, located on the northern periphery of Nairobi.
This development features two office towers – one serving as the headquarters for CCI Kenya, while the second tower offers sectionally let office spaces.

The building spans an entire urban block and includes a raised podium crafted from natural stone, seamlessly connecting public and retail spaces. Angular stairways and planters provide easy street-level access, blending the building into the urban landscape.

Designed for the local equatorial climate, the towers incorporate stepped facades on the northern and southern sides for self-shading. Angular finned screens on the east and west facades help moderate solar exposure while adding modern elegance. Covering 45,000 sqm, this commercial building in Tatu City stands as a milestone in urban architecture and functional design.
