Mixed-Use Development in Ghana by Matter Studio Features Innovative Design

Matter Studio’s recent architectural project, “Loxwood”, is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development in Ghana. This project combines hotel, commercial, and residential spaces, addressing the diverse needs of urban life while ensuring the structure complements its environment.

To manage the scale of the building, Matter Studio incorporated a screen façade and vertical design elements. These features create the appearance of two distinct buildings, softening the visual impact and blending the development into the cityscape effectively.
