A Look at the Winning 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Stadium Design Scheme by Boogertman+Partners

Last updated:

Boogertman + Partners has been awarded the 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup Stadium Design.

This project was proposed by Boogertman + Partners and Fortem Consulting on behalf of the Seychelles Football Association for the hosting of the 2025 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup. This will be held in Seychelles in 2025, making it the first African nation to do so. The stadium has a capacity of 4,000 spectators and meets all FIFA event overly specifications.

After the event, the stadium will be divided into two smaller stadiums of comparable size and reassembled at two sites on the island. The stadium was designed as a system of off-site pre-manufactured pieces that are moved to the construction site, installed, and then disassembled and rebuilt as two smaller arenas due to the island’s lack of resources.
