Nestled in Cracker Alley Farm within the Eastern Cape landscape, C76’s latest project is a modern prefabricated cabin. The minimalist cabin’s dark exterior, comprising of vertical slats, contrasts with the natural surroundings.
The prefabricated cabin features a sloping roofline and angular facade that adds a dynamic element to the design. Vertical slats on the facade provide privacy, sun shading, and architectural interest while the elevated position coupled with large windows offers views and improved ventilation. The deck and balcony extend from the structure, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Inside, the cabin’s open floor plan creates a sense of spaciousness, with the kitchen area integrated seamlessly into the dining space. The minimalist design emphasizes clean lines and functionality, with ample natural light pouring in through the large windows.

The blend of modern design and natural materials like wood and stone add warmth and texture, enhancing the cabin’s connection to nature.
