South African based designers, Kanaan Design Studio unveils the Aaron Wall Lights a special product with a heartfelt story behind its creation.
According to the designers, the Aaron Wall Lights were designed in remembrance of the studio founders’ firstborn, whom they lost due to a late miscarriage. The light also honors all precious lives lost and their brave parents.
It’s ultimately an illuminated tribute to every precious live lost.

The wall light’s design is inspired by the meaning of Aaron’s name – “mountain of strength; to be or become light.” The structure and shape of the light reflect this significance, making it a unique and meaningful piece that deeply inspires the studio’s journey and emotional connection to the product.
The product is available in various colors, including the Orange Tyde and Pink Mia, with each hue having its own special story, the designers noted. The Orange Tyde is dedicated to a baby boy named Tyde, while the Pink Mia honors a baby girl who was stillborn.
Manufactured and assembled in South Africa to support local talent and craftsmanship, Aaron wall lights not only adds warmth and light to space but also tells a story of love, loss, and resilience.
