The Sea Plaza Complex is located in Fann, Dakar – Senegal and includes the Sea Plaza Lifestyle Centre, a medium-sized shopping mall and a 182-room Radisson Blu Hotel.
The complex which was completed in 2009, was designed by Saota in collaboration with AARS Architects for Senegalese property development and management firm, Teyliom Properties. Once opened, it raised the standard for institutionally executed investment property in Senegal.
Sea Plaza Plaza Lifestyle Center
The Sea Plaza Lifestyle Center features high-end retail shopping, a spa and upmarket apartments as well as 3 cinemas and a bowling alley. The 33 000sqm development currently accounts for over half of Senegal’s retail space.
Radisson Blu Hotel
Directly linked to the Sea Plaza lifestyle Centre is the 182 room, 5-star Radisson Blu Hotel. The award winning hotel is situated below Corniche Road in Dakar along the coast to protect and offer views of the Atlantic. The hotel features thematic and culturally nuanced interiors designed by ARRCC which draw inspiration from the location as well as the context.
