Late last month, Studio Contra Mundum, a Nigerian architectural, interior and furniture design practice, released images of the final fit out for Workstation’s new co-working space in Maryland, Ikeja.
Workstation provides entrepreneurs, creatives, start-ups and small businesses with dynamic, curated work-spaces designed to cultivate creativity, increase productivity and encourage community building.
The new location is a 900+ sqm space, located on the second floor mezzanine level of the Maryland mall. Contra Mundum’s design features flexible, functional spaces including hot desks and private offices that exemplify what the modern workplace should look like.
A new office design strategy combines the best attributes of private offices and characteristics of open plan environments in order to create a variety of spaces to think, work and interact.
