Boogertman and Partners recently shared updates of the recently completed Intercare office interior, which emphasizes a modern open-plan layout aimed at boosting productivity and employee satisfaction.
The project aimed to transition from a traditional cellular office model to a dynamic, collaborative environment. The designers integrated acoustic solutions alongside designated break areas for meetings and private conversations. This was done to tackle noise management and ensure privacy in the open-plan setup.

The space was subtly divided by custom joinery, wall and ceiling finishes, and planters added to promote privacy without sacrificing the spacious, airy feel.

Finally, the design incorporated elements of Intercare’s corporate identity into the space, creating a cohesive and vibrant workplace that resonates with staff and visitors. The careful selection of furniture helped shape the welcoming atmosphere, fostering inclusivity and comfort.
