Design Week Lagos is dedicated to harnessing design as a problem-solving tool for Africa’s economic advancement. To achieve this goal, they have launched the DWL 2023 Student Competition.
Talented architects and designers are invited to explore the theme of: “Workspace Building Innovation in our Africa today.” This competition seeks to envision and shape the future of workspaces in the wake of the pandemic, celebrating the transformative changes in workspace design, including remote work and flexible arrangements.
With the traditional office model evolving, the DWL 2023 Student Competition aims to highlight the critical role of innovation in workspace design. The competition encourages emerging architects and designers to think creatively, fostering forward-thinking solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, inclusivity, and space optimization.
