This eclectic retro-industrial restaurant was created by S.EA Consulting, a multi-disciplinary image design consulting company with an artistic vision based in Lagos. To create a captivating vintage ambience, S.EA Consulting meticulously crafted every detail, including the décor, furniture, lighting, and choice of colours and textures.

The single-story structure includes the main customer areas, necessary ancillary facilities, and back-of-house operations. Within the layout, the significant areas (café, lounge, and private dining room) have been designed to represent their unique atmosphere and themes, tailored to their specific functions within the restaurant.

The spatial layout of S.EA Consulting’s restaurant demonstrates a strategic approach to spatial design. By segmenting the restaurant into different zones and levels, such as the private dining area and the main cafe, the firm optimizes the use of the available space. This thoughtful planning not only enhances the visual appeal but also contributes to the restaurant’s functionality. The café has a welcoming atmosphere with its earthy tones of green, brown, and grey, making it a cozy space. The exposed ceiling and pendant lights give it an industrial touch, adding to its unique character.

The lounge upstairs, unlike the café, has a more cosy and dim appeal. The colours are darker and the textures are bolder. The seating arrangement is more sectional and subdivided with bookshelves and additional conversation seats with task lighting for reading. The framed artworks along the wall mimic the general retro-industrial vibe of the restaurant.

One eclectic artsy feature that stands out on this level of the restaurant is the centrepiece above the information desk, crafted from upside-down wine glasses suspended at alternating levels.

The private dining area, like the others, has its distinct personality. It features cooler colors and sharper edges, radiating an air of class and sophistication that sets its occupants apart from the rest of the retro-industrial restaurant.
