In this report by CNN, Zain Asher talks to Issa Diabaté, co-founder of the Koffi and Diabaté group, about Les Résidences Chocolat- his company’s recently completed luxury housing project in Abidjan as well as their plans to modernize architecture in Ivory Coast.
Mr. Diabate explains the concept and vision behind the recently completed project as a contemporary, eco-friendly neighborhood which they both designed and developed. The development features over 2000 sqm of green, open spaces and 32 housing units including 18 apartments and 14 detached houses.
