The Naman Retreat Resort is a modern green resort complex that sits on 3.4ha in Vietnam’s Da Nang city. It features bungalows, hotels, villas and more amidst a plethora of amenities and facilities, most of which we’ve featured here on livin spaces.
These seemingly undulating green beach villas make up the final piece to the naman retreat puzzle, located on prime real estate right on the beach of the resort. Designed, (as you’d expect) by Vo Trong Nghia Architects, the beach villas embody the resort’s visual and material language of greenery, stone and wood/bamboo.
MASTERPLAN OF THE NAMAN RETREAT RESORT
Their form is distinctive in comparison to most, if not all the other structures in the resort which though individually unique, are predominantly rectilinear. These are characterised by a slight yet continuous curve, reminiscent of overlapping hills, with each one positioned to have undisturbed views of the area and the coast.
Each villa features a green roof, with unique, bamboo textured stone walls as well as a private deck that connects the residence to an infinity pool as well as the beach front.
