dhk Architects have announced the launch of The Paradigm, a premium mixed-use residential development in Cape Town. Situated on the western edge of the vibrant CBD, this development spans a city block with street frontages on Buitengracht, Rose, Shortmarket, and Longmarket Streets.
The Paradigm faces the lively Heritage Square and Bree Street on the east and the pedestrian-friendly Rose Street on the west. Designed by dhk Architects, with the original concept by Fabian Architects, The Paradigm is developed for Vantage Property.
It features 233 apartments, from studios to large penthouses, as well as retail spaces, restaurants, and shared co-working areas.
