Hamzat Ayodele Subair obtained his first degree as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Metropolitan University of Manchester (formerly Manchester Polytechnic), England in 1982. He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Lagos.
He started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1982. His portfolio of clients cut across various sectors and industries including private, government, and non-government organizations. In 1987 he joined Hamzat Subair, Folami & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Manager and later became the managing partner. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Bisi is a Partner and Head of Advisory Services of KPMG in Nigeria and doubles as the head of the financial services sector across Africa. Bisi has garnered over 35 years of professional experience that spans diverse industries and sectors of the economy including financial services.
She has provided business advisory services for various public and private sector clients within Nigeria, Africa and globally and has led several advisory projects in the financial services space, majorly in the banking sector and for other financial services entities on strategy advisory, corporate planning, enterprise-wide transformation, business integration, customer service delivery improvement and transformation, retail and wholesale banking repositioning, etc.

Babasola Alokolaro is the Managing Partner at the New Practice (TNP). He studied law at Warwick and graduated in 1997. Subsequently, he got LLM in International Commercial & Business Law from the University of East Anglia, Norwich in 1998.
Before starting TNP with his partners, he worked at Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers and Aluko & Oyebode. He also had a stint in public service between 2007 and 2011, where he served as the first general counsel to the Governor of Lagos state

Sandra Oyewole is a Partner at Olajide Oyewole LLP and leads the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. Sandra provides legal services on a multitude of issues in various sectors and industries. Sulaiman Balogun is the Chief Business Officer and Co-founder of PropertyPro.ng, formerly ToLet.com.ng. An online property classified space that was established in 2012 and since then, it has remained Nigeria’s No 1 property listing market leader with remarkable achievement. The company acquired Jumia House in 2017 to secure the apex of the market.
Sulaiman is a graduate of Law from the reputable Obafemi Awolowo University and having been called to bar at the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos, he went further to obtain Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. He worked briefly in reputable law firms before he co-founded PropertyPro.ng. His career benefited from a wide range of exposure and international best practice with a strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for excellence.

Omon Anenih Mordi (OAM) is the founder and creative vision behind the award-winning Blue Mahogany interior design. She serves as the current President of IDAN (the Interior Designers Association of Nigeria), Associate of BIID (the British Institute of Interior Design) and IIDA (the International Interior Design Association).
Omon has collected significant inspiration from across the globe throughout her education and travels. Designer by day, Omon’s pleasure pursuits include food, travel, writing and experiencing beautiful things and places. She has run a design business for 14 years and sometimes describes herself simply as an awesome unicorn guru.

Mr. Solanke Oyediran is the Executive Director (Operations) of Scib Nigeria & Co. Ltd. one of the leading insurance and reinsurance brokerage companies. Mr. Ogunlana holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and History from University College, London, University of London and Master of Science Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from City University Business School, London.
He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Solanke has over 20 years experience both in the International and the Nigerian Insurance Market with a focus on Oil & Gas/Power Energy and Reinsurance. He is married with children.

Dr. Toke Oke is a Consultant Family Physician, and the Medical Director at Brookside Medical Practice, private family clinic. She attained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 2000 and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom. She has additional qualifications in women’s health and family planning.
Dr. Toke Oke is passionate about changing the face of healthcare in Nigeria and is also involved in the training and mentoring of junior doctors. She works closely with Cocoon Healthcare Concierge providing bespoke primary care services for our clients.
PANELIST – DR. GBONJUBOLA BABALOLA-ABIRI

Dr. Gbonjubola Babalola is a Consultant Psychiatrist, Managerial Psychologist, and the C.E.O of Redi-Med Consulting Services (a Medical Consultancy firm). She is a co-author of the book Mental Health in the Workplace. She has received trainings from the King’s College London, the University of Washington and the prestigious Harvard University, Boston USA. Passionate about research in child and adolescent forensic, women’s mental health, and occupational mental health, Gbonjubola is a Mental Health advocate and influencer who is driven by the holistic view to health, and as such is a regular voice on various print, electronic media and public programs.
She also uses her knowledge in Psychiatry and Psychology to influence and maximize effectiveness and productivity in the workplace via the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Dr. Babalola regularly attends both local and international conferences where she presents findings from local research in her field on a global scale. She volunteers with the Adorable Foundation International (an NGO against drug abuse), the Pastor Bimbo Odukoya (PBO) Foundation and the Live-well Initiative. She also functions on the Global Advisory Council of Joy,Inc! She is a Fellow of the West Africa College of Physicians (FWACP), a member of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), the Association of Psychiatrists in Nigeria (APN), the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) and the American Psychiatric Association (APA). She consults at Synapse Psychological Services, a health and wellness center dealing with psychological, behavioural, and mental health related issues.

Obida Obioha was trained in Italy, has a Masters in Interior Design and a Diploma in Product Design. He has a sharp eye for design that works. Inspired by both European modernity and African character, he mixes clean and contemporary lines with a warm African touch.

Uzoma Dozie is one of Nigeria’s leaders in the financial sector and the last Group Managing Director of Diamond Bank, Nigeria. An experienced Financial Advisor, Economist, Technologist and Entrepreneur, Dozie has led the way in implementing large-scale technology solutions to drive sustainable economic reform in Africa’s financial services sector, for over twenty years.
In June 2019, Uzoma launched Sparkle, a mobile-first platform for Nigeria’s retail sector; combining his vision for using technology to power financial inclusion, at scale, with his extensive background in retail and financial services. During his tenure at Diamond Bank, Uzoma was responsible for overseeing the Corporate and Commercial arms of the bank, grew the Retail Banking arm to 18m customers and oversaw the successful merger with Access Bank in April 2019, resulting in the new institution becoming Africa’s largest bank with 29m customers. Prior to leading Diamond Bank, Uzoma was a Financial Controller and spearheaded different strategic business units within the organisation. He holds a BSc in Chemistry [University of Reading], an MSc in Chemical Research [UCL] and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Uzoma also runs the Lagos-based angel investment and mentorship platform, Black-Knights and has been at the heart of Nigeria’s tech start-up ecosystem, founding the Tech Fest event in 2018, connecting industry giants to new markets and providing access-to-market opportunities for small businesses. He also curated and hosts tech-focussed TV show TechTurks, where he interviews Nigeria’s leading entrepreneurs and digital pioneers.
Uzoma currently serves on the board of Women’s World Banking and is an advocate for financial inclusion, focussing on providing best-of-breed financial and non financial solutions to the millions of un-banked across Africa.

Ifeanyi Oputa is the founding CEO, COLVI LTD, a serial entrepreneur who started off as a wholesale “fashion trader” in his secondary school/University days(BSc Hons.Chemical Engr UniLag). Capital raised from this fashion business was ploughed into the establishment of COLVI LTD and a range of “start-ups” in Kaduna where he served (NYSC). With further investment came the rapid explosive expansion of his photography business, STUDIO 24. Over the years, STUDIO 24 has led every major innovation in the Nigerian photographic industry and this led to our ‘accidental’ establishment of a brand which we have nurtured ever since. Ifeanyi Oputa led the company through its expansion from a little corner-shop in Kaduna, GRA to a multi-faceted business organization employing over Three Hundred & fifty full time team members.

She writes and educates in the field of personal finance and risk and actively champions financial knowledge and participation.

Nneka Okekearu is the Deputy Director of Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University; a University connected Entrepreneurship Centre focused on developing the competencies and creativity of entrepreneurs in Nigeria. EDC has created a network of over 50,000 entrepreneurial leaders through process improvement, capacity building, access to market and funding platforms as well as a suite of other business development services. Having been brought up from a creative background and her mom being an artist, her creativity was shaped in her early days. Nneka doubles as Creative Team Lead and Head of Gender at Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan-Atlantic University.
