Renowned Nigerian-Canadian designer Lani Adeoye, the visionary behind Studio Lani, has been appointed as a distinguished jury member for the highly esteemed iF Design Award 2024. This accolade marks another milestone in Adeoye’s illustrious career, characterized by her ability to seamlessly fuse contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship.
In a recent announcement on her Instagram page, Adeoye expressed her pride in being a jury member for the iF Design Award’s 70th edition. Anticipating a collaborative experience with 130 other exceptional designers from across the globe, she shared her enthusiasm for the challenging yet enriching opportunity.
The iF DESIGN AWARD is renowned globally, attracting nearly 11,000 entries from 56 countries last year. Owned by the non-profit iF Design Foundation, the award underscores design’s global impact and ensures impartiality through a rigorous two-stage selection process. This process involves 131 design experts from over 20 countries, with experienced Chairpersons leading the jury.
As the design world eagerly awaits the outcomes of the iF Design Award 2024, Lani Adeoye’s involvement undoubtedly adds a touch of innovation and diversity to the already distinguished jury panel.
