Boogertman + Partners has commenced construction on the Waterfall Walk Retail Center in Midrand.
Located just off the Allandale off-ramp, this new retail hub is designed to cater to the local community’s needs with both convenience and visual appeal. The retail center will feature spacious walkways and modern design elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
The diverse tenant mix will include fashion boutiques, specialty shops, grocery stores, health and beauty outlets, and a selection of eateries and coffee shops, providing a well-rounded shopping experience.
