Designed by Brooklyn based W Architecture and Landscape Architecture, the Oliv is a 12-storey medium rise residential development, with a unique facade, that is both an exemplary piece of contemporary tropical housing and an excellent architectural response to the “sky terrace guideline” being implemented by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in the Singapore. In this video courtesy Design Singapore Council, we learn how the architects integrated the double volume sky terraces into all 23 units of the development to change the face of the upscale Balmoral Road.
