PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Designed by Canadian architects, DF Architecture, the Belmonte is a new residential tower envisioned for the prestiguious bourdillon road in Ikoyi, Lagos. The 20 storey tower is described as a blend of space and efficiency designed to create a distinctive luxury living experience. The development features a total of 41 private residences including spacious luxury apartments, lavish duplex apartments and penthouses as well as a selection of prive residences designed by British interior and furniture designer Christopher Guy Harrison.
The Belmonte will also feature an exclusive club designed to be a complete social hub with multiple sporting and social facilities including
