A Captivating Short let apartment in Lagos With An Edgy Retro Interior

Nigerian Interior Design Studio, S.EA Consulting designed a retro-industrial short let apartment in Lagos for Lagos-based hospitality company, Urban Pumpkin. The apartment doubles as an exhibition space for artistic interior decor using upcycled elements.

Just like Dahlia, another short let apartment in Lagos by Urban Pumpkin featured by us earlier, Cactus, much like the plant is edgy, bold, and fascinating. It wasn’t surprising to know that this short let apartment was designed by S.EA Consulting because the interior is consistent with their general design style.

Samira, the nightstand made an appearance in one of the bedrooms in this retro short let apartment in Lagos. She contributed to the overall artsy theme of the project alongside several other distinctive pieces. One of the pieces of art that really stood out for us in this short-stay apartment is the cassette-cladded wall in the kitchen.

Samira – An Artsy Nightstand By Ade Edewor, Inspired By The Dynamics Of Human Relationships

S. EA Consulting cladded one of the kitchen walls with small upcycled radio cassettes and finished them with colourful splashes of paint to complement the theme of the kitchen. Other noteworthy pieces are the industrial wall arts in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, the glass blocks in the shower stall and the mural on the wc wall in one of the bathrooms.
