Idlewoods Limited in collaboration with Whitesand Properties Limited created a new modern residential development. This two-story building, complete with a penthouse, represents a blend of aesthetics and practicality in contemporary living.
The exterior design of the structure adheres to minimalistic principles, predominantly dressed in clean white. However, what adds a unique touch is the strategic use of vibrant orange laser-cut features, mirroring the color of the gate. These orange accents provide an element of visual interest to the façade, contributing a sense of dynamism to the overall design.
The building’s architectural style combines modern elegance with a minimalist approach. It’s characterized by clean lines, open spaces, and the use of natural materials. The façade design introduces a subtle touch of drama with its incorporation of curved edges.
The development follows an L-shaped layout, designed to maximize space usage and maintain an open and airy ambiance. It incorporates undercroft parking for convenience and efficient traffic flow within the premises.
A notable feature of this development is the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The addition of a swimming pool within the compound encourages residents to enjoy the outdoor environment without leaving the development.
Complementing the swimming pool is a one-storey recreational facility, providing a versatile space for various leisure activities.
