Originally designed by DKR associates for development company, Greer Estates Ltd, the admiralty road residence is a contemporary semi-detached property comprising twin 5 bedroom townhouses along the prestigious Admiralty road in Lekki phase 1, Lagos.
As the flagship development of the Greer Estates, Chronos Studeos were hired to enhance the original architectural designs, offer interior designs, create detailed drawings and supervise project construction. They also produced 3D visualisations as well as an interactive, mobile -friendly website to promote and ultimately aid in the sale of the property. All of this was done in (an impressive) 6 months.
