We were recently in Warri, Delta state and had the opportunity to pay a visit to the popular delta mall in Effurun.
The mall was completed back in March 2015, developed by South African financier, Resilient Property in collaboration with the state government.
Designed by Johannesburg – based LYT Architecture, the mall offers a modern aesthetic that is well implemented in terms of construction. The project cost is believed to be somewhere in the neighbourhood of $62million and has a total GLA (Gross Leasable Area) of 13, 980 sq m, making it the 11th largest mall in Nigeria. Anchor Tenants for the mall include Shoprite, Mr Price and PEP.
