Micdee, a Lagos-based design consultancy firm, worked closely with Mar and Mor to design a minimal office. This approach went beyond the traditional office design, revealing the inner workings of the MEP fixtures that would have typically been hidden behind walls and ceilings.

The minimal office space is spread across three mezzanine floors, creating a dynamic circulation experience that seamlessly connects all levels. The color scheme is notably restrained. White takes the lead, serving as the base for walls and ceilings. Black and beige complement the predominant white.

The pristine white walls serve as a canvas for alluring art pieces, enhancing sightlines and creating opportunities for meaningful interactions throughout the office. Micdee created a minimal office that is human-centric by providing an abundance of spaces dedicated to socializing and wellness. Private meeting booths, phone pods, a gym, and an upcoming restaurant cater to the well-being of employees and visitors alike.

Glass framed in black accessories is used for partitions, creating a sense of openness and lightness. Its transparency fosters visual connections between spaces, promoting collaboration. Glass also extends to the design of handrails, marrying form and function seamlessly.

Beige flooring added a touch of warmth to the office, complementing the minimal color palette. The black-painted ceiling is a bold choice, contrasting with the overall design. It showcases meticulously designed MEP services, adding an industrial edge to the aesthetic of this minimal office fitout.

The office embraces an open concept, facilitating communication and interaction. Key areas such as the reception, conference room, meeting rooms, and executive office flow effortlessly. The open layout encourages teamwork and a harmonious work environment.

Furniture is predominantly black and white, with the exception of storage units, doors, and the pool office desks which were produced in a light-coloured grained wood. The lighting is functional yet elegant. Ceiling track lights and recessed rectangular lights ensure a well-lit space. The conference room and lobby introduce drop-down chandeliers, adding a touch of sophistication
