Reiken Solutions, a growing M&E firm is seeking to employ a Procurement Officer with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

  • Tendering
  • Quotation Sourcing
  • Expediting
  • Purchase Order Execution
  • Business Development

Experience: 3-5 years
Industry: Oil and Gas
Salary: 300,000
Location: Lagos

Skills:

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases
  • Review all venders and suppliers
  • Maintain purchase records and other important data
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
  • Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies
  • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards
  • Work with team members to complete duties as needed
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers

Requirements

  • MS Office Suite with a key focus on Excel and MS Word
  • Online Sourcing skills are critical
  • Ability to negotiate contracts
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented, organised team player
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
