A leading furniture manufacturing firm is currently recruiting Architects to join our team. We are seeking multiple enthusiastic senior architects within Lagos, Nigeria. The candidates should have a minimum of five years post NYSC experience with previous experience in furniture manufacturing firm or similar. The role is full time and the salary is competitive. The candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and must demonstrate the following capabilities.

He/She must be able to:

• Manage medium-large sized projects with minimal supervision.
• Create according to client brief the concept of the projects.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models , images and other documents relating to the design.
• Manage the co-ordination of the internal design team.
• Take responsibility as the team leader for specific areas of the design and project development.
• Liaise with members of the external design team and other associated organization or companies.
• Good knowledge of furniture design and manufacturing.
• Supervising and tutoring junior staff.
• Working with the management to set our budget and costs.
• Working with the management to set out projects specific criteria for success, including deadlines and resources.
• Involvement in business development activities networking, attending professional events.
• Ability to recognize and respond to potential opportunities.
• Produce detail drawings.
• Planning and delivering clients presentations.
• Contributing to setting and articulating design philosophy and practice value of the organization.

• Must know how to use CAD software, REVIT, SKTECH UP.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail.
