Vivabella Designs is hiring a Receptionist/Client Service Executive to join their team.

Job Overview

Minimum Qualification: A degree in Business or any related course

Experience Level: Intermediary level

Experience Length: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Carryout administrative tasks.
  • Following up on client leads, managing client portfolios and fully onboarding new clients.
  • Manage day to day client service requests with a focus on consistent delivery of excellent client experience.
  • Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
  • Inspire repeat-business from clients.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
  • Offer advice to clients on our services and products.
  • Develop surveys and capture client information.
  • Ensure full compliance of company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintain office environment and ensure workplace security.

Requirements

  • A degree in business or any related course of study.
  • Must have very good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work productively and amicable with other members of the team.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be service-oriented.
