Job Description

DVSPK, a creative interdisciplinary design firm in Lagos is looking to hire an Architect/3D Visualizer to work remotely and in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating both interior and exterior renders, as well as in space planning – as he/she would be required to do some level of design. 

Job Overview 

Minimum Qualification: Degree 

Experience Level: Intermediate level 

Experience Length: 3-5 years 

Location: Lagos (Fully Remote) 

Remuneration: N200 000

Responsibilities

  • Ability to create 3D visualizations from existing SketchUp models
  • Production of photorealistic renderings for presentations. 
  • Assist the Senior Designer in developing detailed presentation and working drawings when necessary.

Requirements

  • A minimum requirement of a BSc degree in Architecture.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic architectural/interior still images.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Sketchup, Revit and any relevant rendering software. Ability to create models from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, very disciplined – with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Must have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • A good awareness of design trends.
  • Able to collaborate and work well with other members of the team.
