Daylight through curtains and plum-coloured carpets, bright neon name signs and warm coloured lighting, these are a few of our favorite things in this adorable modern girls’ bedroom in Nigeria. Just like the other bedroom Michael Ehiz Design did for this same project – the Royal Garden project, this bedroom is birthed from a balanced design approach.
Unlike the other bedroom, this adorable modern girls’ bedroom is a beautiful mix of pink shades, from soft blush to bright magenta, complemented by touches of peach and plum. The designers incorporated adorable bunny rabbit ears into the backrests of their seats and the frames of their mirrors, adding a touch of whimsy and playful charm to the space.
Every girl has a comfortable upholstered headboard and bedframe for added coziness. The room is illuminated with a warm glow from the vibrant bedside lamps, adorned with delightful yellow lampshades, on each nightstand next to the beds. The walls have a soothing peach color, and the plush carpeting, in a rich sweet plum shade, adds an element of luxury.
The furniture, in a variety of colors from creamy whites to deep browns, complements the pink palette and creates a calm and welcoming ambiance. Each sleeping area is clearly defined by three pendant lights adorned with chic black lampshades, gracefully suspended from the ceiling. These lights cast intriguing shadows that playfully move across the walls and ceiling, adding to the enchanting atmosphere of this modern girls’ bedroom.
