South African interior designer David Nxumalo designed this compact bedroom with a warm, earthy color palette featuring a rich layering of textures and patterns. The designers introduced a bed end seating with through a simple upholstered bed bench, adding both functionality and comfort. The bedroom also features a lovely wainscoted wall with a patterned moody wallpaper. The wall creates a dramatic backdrop for the brown upholstered bed, while it defines the room.

3. A Modern Bedroom by Uloh Lifestyl
This master bedroom by Lagos-based designer Uloh Lifestyl showcases a serene blend of calming neutral tones with carefully curated patterns and textures. The seating in this bedroom was introduced at the foot of the bed as a bed bench and by the window as a pair of accent chairs arranged in a conversation style.
A pair of modern pendant lights hang over the floating nightstands, stylishly balancing the bedroom. The pendant lights feature a sleek geometric design that is incredibly stylish. The layering of the extended headboard over the floor to ceiling panel creates a contrasting backdrop in the bedroom. We also love the large area rug that pulls the different elements in the bedroom together.

4. Bedroom With Curved Sofa by Interiors with Tega
Nigerian Interior Designer, Interior with Tega designed this bedroom to feature distinct zones, including a sleeping area and a seating area with a curved sofa. The room’s neutral palette is complimented by the earthy color of the sofa and its linear layout allows the TV to be enjoyed from the bed as well.
We love the vibrant curved sofa at the end of the bed. While serving style as the bed end, it functions sufficiently as the place to lounge while watching tv. The layered backdrop of panels creates a well grounded look in the bedroom. We also love the designers curated choice of lighting – a pair of globe lights on the bedside table and a lovely globe chandelier over the curved sofa.

5. A Bedroom with Plush Pink Accents by Noani Design
Noani Design created this stylish feminine bedroom with a refreshing pink color palette. A visible sitting area in the bedroom features a vibrant plush pink love seat styled with a variety of pale pink throw pillows.
Pink was a theme here, and the designers carried this through the space with the layering of various shades of pink across different elements within the space. The light pink tones are subtly introduced through the bedframe, the wainscoted wall and decorations, and come to full prominence in the room’s sofa and ceiling. A stylish muted bed and nightstand rests against it’s textured wallpaper background creating a well grounded and balanced look.

6. A modern Bedroom with Bright Earthy Tones by Jessica Boyer Interiors
Jessica Boyer Interiors designed this balanced bedroom with a light and earthy color palette of whites, greens and brown. At first glance, the balanced symmetrical look of the bedroom stands out.
The designers introduced a pair each of white pendant lights at different heights over the bedside table. The room features a modern white bed bench at the foot of the bed that complements the pendant lights and the white bedframe. The earthy feel of the space is further elevated with the introduction of wooden nightstands on both sides of the bed.

Oniro Studios designed this modern-retro bedroom with a cozy colour palette and a vintage English style. The bed room features a wooden headboard and a laidback seating arrangement consisting of a single sofa and a leather footstool. From the framed rust coloured art hanging over the the bed, the table lamps with vintage plaid shades, to the mini wooden table and chair, as well as, the mid-century lighting choices – we love the deliberate decorative elements that characterize the space.
