Located on the beautiful island of Mauritius, La Balise Marina is 12.8 hectare development and the only residential marina on the island.
Once completed, the development will comprise 143 waterfront residences, 65 of which have been delivered. One of such is the Villa 1 by Bloc Architects. The architecture for their villa pushes the boundaries of the of the Marina’s design code. The double volume spaces with internal vegetation bringing the outdoors in. The expansive glass and fold away doors open the house up the the incredible views of the marina as well as the generous wood cladded decks and the glass encased swimming pool. The house is one of a few that allows access to a private jetty and boat mooring.
