The brief from the client was to transform an unrenovated three bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the top floor of an apartment building in Rose Bay, a suburb of Sydney, Australia.
The goal of the apartment renovation was to modernise the space and maximize its value to be ready for sale within 12 weeks. Nathalie Scipioni Architects opted for an open-plan design to unlock the properties potential, managing construction to the clients deadline and providing interior styling so the property looked its best.
