Each piece in this neo-classical living room by Bianco Val’ Interiors, plays a note in the composition of the space. The subtle gold accents, elegant drapes, curved furniture and ornate detailing all conducted by a crystal grand piano, evoke a neo-classical aesthetic.
The open space boasts two big windows both covered in full-length elegant black out drapes that add to the grandeur element of the neo-classical living room. The designer went further to add a double-length statement carara marble wall to serve as a rich back drop to the composition of the space alongside the white ceiling and floor.
Just like most open living rooms, this space is subdivided into different functions – seating area, dining area, bar and piano area and furnished accordingly. The piano area unlike the others, is a double-volume space.
In the seating area, a radial layout unfolds, featuring a curved sofa accompanied by four individually tufted counterparts. Enhancing the lavish neo-classical aesthetic, the designer introduces black and gold chalice side tables and a coffee table. The arrangement is anchored by a round area rug, embellished with subtle blue streaks.
The tv wall in the neo-classical living room is a simple joinery with a dark wooden back board and a white floating shelf that sits directly opposite the radial seating layout. The space is adorned and lit up by a pair of green and gold elegant wall lights, a contemporary floor lamp for task lighting, and a centrally suspended chandelier. Classical black and white wall-hung pictures adorn the space in an artful display.
Adjacent yet subtly secluded, the dining area presents a more traditional atmosphere, featuring an 8-seater dining table set and a console arrangement. Here, gold accents take precedence, complemented by the introduction of wall moldings. The same elegant wall lights used in the seating area cast a warm glow over this space.
Central to the composition, the piano area showcases a crystal grand piano, positioned beneath a captivating drop-down ceiling adornment. Departing from the conventional bold and black grand pianos, this crystal variant seamlessly shares the stage with other elements while retaining its inherent grandeur.
The residence owner’s appreciation for a curated wine collection is evident through a dedicated glass-enclosed display housing an array of carefully selected bottles.
This neo-classical living room by Bianca Val’ Interiors is quite cohesive and aptly conveys the delicateness and grandeur often associated with this style of architecture.
