UKC Design and Build, a property developer in Lagos is looking to hire an architect with excellent 3D visualization skills. 

Job Overview 

Minimum Qualification: Degree 

Experience Level: Intermediate level 

Experience Length: 3-5 years 

Salary Range: 150, 000 – 200,000 

Location: Lagos (Remote) 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ability to create 3D visualizations from existing SketchUp models
• Production of photorealistic renderings for presentations. 

Job Requirements 

• A minimum requirement of a BSc degree in Architecture.
• Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic architectural/interior still images.
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Sketchup and any relevant rendering software ∙ Ability to create models from floor plans, sketches, and elevations.
• Excellent organizational skills, very disciplined – with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Must have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• A good awareness of design trends.
• Able to collaborate and work well with other members of the team.
