We are looking for a talented SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER to participate in the conceptualization, detailed design and execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling, rigorously conceived and high quality, architecture and interiors and urban spaces through all stages from concept to completion.
  • Participate in coordination with consultants on the project team as well as clients.
  • Setting and monitoring project timelines in accordance with client expectations and project resourcing
  • Leading teams within the office.
  • Inspect on projects during construction while coordinating with engineers, consultants and contractors.
  • Staying up to date with architectural international best practices and design culture

Requirements

  • Masters Level Degree in Architecture
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in architecture
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent CAD and 3D modelling skills – Revit and Sketchup and Rhino are essential
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign), is a plus.
  • Desire and ability to work hard and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a team with the confidence to guide others
  • Ability to pay superior attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Personal integrity and honesty
