We are currently recruiting for the position of MEPF Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements

• Applicants should hold a recognized degree in the area applied to.
• Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in using Auto CAD, Revit, BIM for the preparation of detailed design, construction, installation, assembly drawings. Provide samples of previous work and recognized schedule of training supported by certification and references.
• Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years direct working experience.
• Applicants should have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in using MS based software for the preparation of detailed data bases, reports and project communications.
• Applicants should possess an ability to maintain working relationships with Consultants, Contractors Suppliers Manufacturers.
• Applicants must demonstrate commercial awareness, time restraint management and management programme sequencing of MEPF Works in conjunction with construction activities.
