Job Description

Livs Interior is hiring an Interior Architect/Project Manager to join their team. The preferred candidate must be able to interpret project briefs into creative and functional design proposals, as well as be able to manage ongoing projects effectively.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor or HND Degree

Experience Level: Entry/Intermediate 

Experience Length: 2-4 years

Responsibilities

  • Receive and document Client’s brief and project expectations.
  • Interpretation of brief into very creative Mood board, concept and proposals. Interpretation of brief into very creative Mood board, concept and proposals.
  • Responsible for creating detailed architectural working/shop drawings and specifications projects using the required software.(SketchUp, CAD, Revit).
  • Preparation of project budgets & Material specifications.
  • Outline & Manage project schedule & timelines.
  • On-site supervision of all teams & artisans until project completion and final handover.

Requirements

  • Any degree qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field of study. Specialist training in the above is also acceptable.
  • Minimum 2-4years of On-Site/Practical experience as project lead.
  • Must be proficient in the use of design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc – to create detailed design layouts and 3D Presentations.
  • Superior technical knowledge on interior architecture is required.
  • Skilled in creating mood boards, colour schemes, and material selection.
  • Must be a team player – able to work well with other members of the team, as well as be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
