Job Description

We are looking for an intelligent, creative and quick-witted individual that can work collaboratively within a team to join us. This person must be passionate about interior design, can take the initiative and deliver superior design results. 

This is a full-time, in-office and on-site role. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interview.

Responsibilities

  • Site surveys and measurements
  • Development of floor plans and space planning
  • Design conceptualization and development; including material and finishes selections
  • Produce detailed working drawings and specifications
  • 3D Modelling and rendering
  • Site and sub-contractor supervision to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and according to design
  • Sourcing and procurement
  • Interior Styling

Requirements

  • Keen and heightened attention to detail is a priority
  • Must be a highly organised and creative person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant rendering software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Submit design portfolio along with application
