Job Description
Episode Interiors, an industry-leading interior design and decoration company is looking to hire a Customer Service/Showroom Executive.
Residential Locations: Proximity Must Not Be Far To Lagos Island – Ikoyi.
Minimum Years Experience: 3 – 4years
Qualifications: HND or First Degree In a relevant discipline/RelevantÂ

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Generate sales leads
-
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
-
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-
Take the extra mile to engage customers
-
Follow up and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure all opportunities are followed through to conclusion.

Diary Management for the Managing Director.
-
Review official incoming correspondence for MD and initiate replies as appropriate; routing matters requiring action by other staff appropriately and follow up to ensure actions are completed.

Record and/or transcribe minutes of meetings for the MD and produce document in draft or final format.

Responsible for typing of various documents for the MD.

Dispatch incoming and outgoing correspondence appropriately.

Create and maintain filling or record-keeping systems as required.
Requirements
-
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Track record of over-achieving quota
-
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
