Job Description

Episode Interiors, an industry-leading interior design and decoration company is looking to hire a Customer Service/Showroom Executive.

Residential Locations: Proximity Must Not Be Far To Lagos Island – Ikoyi.

Minimum Years Experience: 3 – 4years

Qualifications: HND or First Degree In a relevant discipline/Relevant

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Follow up and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure all opportunities are followed through to conclusion.
  • Diary Management for the Managing Director.
  • Review official incoming correspondence for MD and initiate replies as appropriate; routing matters requiring action by other staff appropriately and follow up to ensure actions are completed.
  • Record and/or transcribe minutes of meetings for the MD and produce document in draft or final format.
  • Responsible for typing of various documents for the MD.
  • Dispatch incoming and outgoing correspondence appropriately.
  • Create and maintain filling or record-keeping systems as required.


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
