We are currently seeking to engage a highly motivated and productive individuals with ground experience in Interior Design and Décor, prior sales and marketing experience. Successful candidates will be responsible for field marketing and promoting of our services and products, engaging with potential customers and driving sales through various marketing activities. The Role requires excellent communication skills, passion for interior design and ability to work independently in different field environment.

Job Title:- Sales Growth Marketer

Location:- Lekki, Lagos

Salary:- 90,000 naira per month exclusive of sales commissions

Preferred Qualities

  • Higher National Diploma(HND) or Undergraduate Degree
  • Experience in Interior Design Industry
  • Familiarity with the locality

Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify and engage potential
  • Prepare action plans for effective conversion of prospects to clients.
  • Generate new leads and businesses for the company on a monthly target and Identifying and engaging prospects.
  • Feedback collection. Gather clients feedback and provide insights to the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and technology.
