Project Architect at Regenant

We are hiring a full time Project Architect to participate in various phases of project development from concept design to site execution.
Skills:
Responsibilities

Create detailed architectural working/shop drawings using the required software (SketchUp, CAD, Revit).

Outline & manage project schedule & timelines under the supervision of the project manager.

On-site supervision of trade contractors & artisans until project completion and final handover.

Manage vendor offsite production activity with weekly/bi-weekly check-ins to ensure deliverable is in accordance with design and within timeline.
Requirements

Minimum 3 – 5 years of practical experience in on-site supervision, interior design, or drafting construction drawings
