Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the store, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Take orders both online and offline, demonstrating a strong understanding of our product offerings.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products, including features, benefits, and specifications.

Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Process POS purchases efficiently and accurately.

Ensure adherence to established procedures for inventory control.
